Build and test

With CMake,

cmake -S . -B build
cmake --build build
ctest --test-dir build

or with the makefile, which builds and runs the same tests,

make test

A single exercise runs with ctest -R ch04.ex4.4, and a test program also runs one test by name (build/test/ch04 ex4.4) and lists its tests (-l).

The documentation is at dmeoli.github.io/ADS: a site of Sphinx with the theme of Read the Docs, whose pages come from this README and whose API reference Exhale and Breathe build from the comments of the headers, extracted by Doxygen. Locally, after pip install -r docs/requirements.txt, python3 docs/pages.py && sphinx-build -b html docs build-docs/html writes it to build-docs/html.
