struct Inventory
the inventory of select for the bits of one value: the bits b are in groups of 2^l, a group starts at the place pos[ j ] (whose top bit marks a sparse group, which spans kSparse places or more), and the bits b at each multiple of 2^g in it are at 16 bits offsets from that place, 2^s = 2^( l - g ) <= 32 of them a group; the last place is the size of the vector
